I am a lawyer that is passionate about helping each one of my clients get the best result. It is is also our Company Mission to charge the lowest rates possible so that people with limited funds can still benefit from low cost quality representation. In general we do not spend money on advertising, except in unusual situations when we need to inform the public about something important.

I care about my clients, and I always respond to emails and phone calls without charging a fee, even for those that are not my clients.

I handle traffic and criminal matters in Wake County, North Carolina, as well as immigration petitions nationwide. I do not split my time between different counties, nor a variety of different areas of law. I like to focus on the areas that I handle so that I know that I can say I did the best job possible. I also have a network of Listservs where I can consult with hundreds of other attorneys on tricky or unusual matters.

I am bilingual (speaking English and Spanish), and part of my interest in immigration comes from my own experience handling the case of my husband, who immigrated form Mexico. Together we have a ten year old daughter. We enjoy traveling and helping people, as well as volunteering with the Girl Scouts and the SPCA.
